7-27-25 at 10:44 I came in and ordered a large pop corn chicken and a number 3 .....my popcorn chicken was very cold the jalapeños looked like they had sat out all day .... my burger was not made to my special instructions... so I called several times to get ahold of someone about it ... I have 5 witnesses that will says I called a few times no answer then they would answer and then hang up several times before they decided to unplug the phone.... Great job wayne you have one hell of a night crew... I will also be reporting this to your corporate office along with screenshots and video proof

I've been a regular here for awhile. While there's slip ups once in a blue moon with the order, overall it's pretty good. Service is good as well, Janet on morning shift deserves a raise!

Just tried to get food, all I wanted was a #3 cheese burger. My fiance pushes the button and we wait...and wait. For a solid 20 minutes no one came over the intercom and took our order. I went to a different stall same situation. Anytime we go there anymore half the stalls are off, or we pull in and they shut down. There was only 4 cars when we get there. The 3 other cars that pulled up while we were there got someone to answer the system for them, paid, got their food and left. If I wanted to sit and wait I would go to a damn restaurant, sort y'all's crap out.

I Went to sonic at 10:30pm and I paid for a sonic double bacon cheeseburger. When I got home I realized there was no bacon.. I called the restaurant multiple times employees just let the phone ring during business hours. No answer. I will be returning tomorrow to get a refund for the items I did not receive as that is considered theft. I worked all day and night and simply just wanted the meal I paid my hard earned money for.

I'm not a fan of Sonic. Not because the food tastes bad or its dirty or it's too expensive (well, it's a little pricey!)...I'm not a fan because its the opposite of those thing and my waistline can't handle it!
They don't always give receipts, which is an issue to me. They have issues hearing/understand your order.

The food is good one problem is the people who make the drinks they just suck all around missing ingredients full ice when asked for lite etc the other issue is the damn machines where you place your order half of them are broken don’t work or don’t read credit/debit cards so you have to give them your card then they take it in the store and bring it back forget that fix your stuff or close down them lanes until then ya lost me I’ll go to another sonic or just do without it’s been this way for at least 5 years so I’m good ✌️

Horrible horrible horrible!! Never once got my order right...come on now how hard is it to add extra bacon to a sandwich smh....very rude employees...waited 25 minutes for a breakfast burrito and I was the only car in the parking lot and they still managed to screw that up. They refuse to give you your money back or correct the mistakes they make. I have asked numerous times for the corporate office number but they will never give it to me.AND THE PHONE NUMBER THE OWNER ADDED IN THE RESPONSE IS A NON-WORKING PHONE NUMBER. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING AT ALL TO FIX THIS. ADDING A FAKE NUMBER IS RIDICULOUS SMH.... HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE.

Mozzarella sticks were hot and delicious, with a great cheese pull. The hot fudge shake was thick and creamy. The service was fast & friendly, from the person taking my order to the person running it to my car.
