Food was about what you expect from a chain restaurant. I do not think they understand the concept of light ice. Ordered my cherry limeade with light ice and still got 2/3 a cup of ice when I was finished.

This place is a scam. I ordered one of their two for one deals on their app. When I picked up my order they had charged me full price. I told them I would not pay full price and wanted them to refund my card. He went inside and came back out and told me they couldn’t give me a refund. I told him this is a scam as it was not the first time this happened to me at this Sonic. He told me he gets this complaint a lot and they had tried to fix the app but it was still happening. I have had it with this place.

Not sure if your intercom system doesn't work or if your workers don't. Our order was incorrect, we even corrected the person and still she got it wrong. They forgot items. Then the customer service was likebeing served by wednesday adams. Sorry you have to work.

7-27-25 at 10:44 I came in and ordered a large pop corn chicken and a number 3 .....my popcorn chicken was very cold the jalapeños looked like they had sat out all day .... my burger was not made to my special instructions... so I called several times to get ahold of someone about it ... I have 5 witnesses that will says I called a few times no answer then they would answer and then hang up several times before they decided to unplug the phone.... Great job wayne you have one hell of a night crew... I will also be reporting this to your corporate office along with screenshots and video proof

I've been a regular here for awhile. While there's slip ups once in a blue moon with the order, overall it's pretty good. Service is good as well, Janet on morning shift deserves a raise!
Just tried to get food, all I wanted was a #3 cheese burger. My fiance pushes the button and we wait...and wait. For a solid 20 minutes no one came over the intercom and took our order. I went to a different stall same situation. Anytime we go there anymore half the stalls are off, or we pull in and they shut down. There was only 4 cars when we get there. The 3 other cars that pulled up while we were there got someone to answer the system for them, paid, got their food and left. If I wanted to sit and wait I would go to a damn restaurant, sort y'all's crap out.

I Went to sonic at 10:30pm and I paid for a sonic double bacon cheeseburger. When I got home I realized there was no bacon.. I called the restaurant multiple times employees just let the phone ring during business hours. No answer. I will be returning tomorrow to get a refund for the items I did not receive as that is considered theft. I worked all day and night and simply just wanted the meal I paid my hard earned money for.
