We had called the jimmy johns across the street 2 days in advance to let them know we would have a group of 30 coming in, when we arrived we were met with a rude employee informing us they had no bread at 12:30pm on a saturday. We walked across the street to subway who took care of us with no notice and were kind while they did it.

Everytime I order on the app, they don’t follow what it says, I get little to no veggies when I ask for extra, I get the wrong bread. They tell me there is nothing that can be done unless I bring it back. Poor service takes way too long at the speaker.

Order food from there all the time. This time my sandwich was nasty. 65 dollar order and the manager on duty told me there was nothing she could do if I didn't bring the sandwiches back. At that time they were in the trash. I am a gm and I always try to do the right thing for my customers. 1103 S. Broadway in Pittsburg KS whomever was working the evening shift, you need to do better. Customer service at hotel like that would not fly with me that manager would no longer have a job.
I've worked at a subway myself and i know it's a somewhat mundane job but the workers usually seem so unhappy to have you in there and making your sandwich and can seem rude in some ways to me to be honest

The general manager doesn't need to be a general manager hair was on my wife food I couldn't get the area manager number and that subway is horrible I mean the people there rn at horrible especially the manager Graham and if anyone knows how I can reach the area manager or district manager please comment asap and let me know
