THE PROPERTY IS TRASH. THE DRIVE UP MENU IS DESTROYED AND HAS BEEN FOR NEARLY A YEAR. THE FOOD IS PREPPED SO MESSY - EVERY TIME. SOUTH PITTSBURG NEVER HAS THIS ISSUE. SOUTH PITTSBURG DOESNT DESTROY A 17$ sandwich. FOX YOUR PROPERTY, FIX YOUR EMPLOYEES & FIX YOUR FRANCHISE CUSTOMER FACING STAFF. THATS RIDICULOUS. THIS IS AN EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. OCCURRENCE. THIS. PLACE. IS. GABAGE. I’ll keep to the other location yet this ONE location OBLITERATES the franchise and brands image. Ick.

Absolutely bs. Worker won't greet customer, stood there for 10 mon while they took their time on a door dash order. No greeting, no 'I'll be right with you. I was the only person in there and no one in drive thru. Garbage customer service, won't be back.

Online order 25 minutes before it needed to be ready at 6 and I didn’t get my food until 6:28. I had to be somewhere at 6:30. Horrible service.

The lady who served us today September 14 in the afternoon around 6 pm was very rude and rude to the people who speak Spanish and began to raise her voice at them when the Hispanic Latin people began to order in English The request was very racist since there were American citizens in the same place and the way of serving them was different. The lady was nice to them unlike the people who speak Spanish.It is sad that there are these types of people working in customer service, since every customer deserves respect and kind treatment.

Kid-friendliness: The wait time to order at the drive-thru was over 5 minutes and there was no one inside the restaurant. Worker was rude when I ordered

we just wanted a 6” flat bread sandwich for my 3yr old daughter but this lady tells me that they can’t do that for a kid because it’s the most expensive bread and am like i can afford it money is not the problem she goes it’s breaking the protocol keep in mind i have always been getting the same sandwich for my daughter with no problem i don’t understand why this lady thought i couldn’t afford it coz am black or what?? but i think she is new she doesn’t know me as a regular customer there and we always order the same sandwich it was so embarrassing and rude i will never go there again. pittsburgh ks North subway train your employees and managers how to treat customers

I was on the phone with my mom when she went in to get a sandwich. The woman tried to change her extra for bacon on her chicken bacon ranch. She was extremely rude to her. She started arguing that bacon wasn't included on a chicken bacon ranch. This is not the first time she has been extremely rude with my elderly mother. I asked my mom who she is and she said she has facial piercings. She has a hateful demeanor every time my mom goes in. My mom stopped going to that location because of her. She lives on Frontenac and drives to the south location so she doesn't have to deal with her. I have heard her get rude with my mom more than once. Horrible customer service!!!!

whatever happened to $5 foortlongs? I bought a footlong with no extras and no special meat and a medium drink for $17. Not worth the price.

Only one employee working so the drive thru was closed. No sign, just sat there until I decided to go in and see if anyone was home. They toasted my sub even tho I said not to toast it. Took a half hour to get a 12 dollar sandwich made wrong.
