Verify your order in the drive thru!! Ordered and paid for a Crunchwrap Supreme, a soft taco, and a bean burrito... got the bean burrito and nothing else...

Great experience ordering, the two gentleman were very nice. Came back to order a cup of there small queso and waited at the front. The girl with purple hair had to loudly state “she needs to wait her turn” WHILE i was patiently waiting my turn and the young man asked what i was waiting for. Terribly immature on the purple haired girls part all i wanted was my dang queso! Please have a talk with her this is unacceptable.
Ordered sum tostadas they were horrible they looked like who ever made them hated there job all four had only half the topping on them the other half was in the box not even on the tostadas order nachos fires well done they tried to give me old fries the girl at the counter told the kitchen well done nachos fries they didn't care u could tell sent the old fries back got new fries that were well done got home and noticed a hair in the nachos fries like they were so mad that they put a hair in the well done fries... The manger seemed irritated when I sent the fries back cause they were not well done... The day staff in the place is good on the 12/2 the night manager was not very professional at all.. the kitchen staff was not professional as well I understand it's just Taco Bell but take pride in your job no matter what it is or quit cause food is a job u can tell if someone cares about there job or they don't Taco Bell get better.....

Waited close to 15 minutes for someone to to give me attention to ask for my Mobil order only having one girl doing drive and front while they were to busy yelling to each other how bad they need drugs but unfortunately ig there in NA and how they can get good shit and the manager was laughing and carrying on with them def should get better employees who care about the customer over needing drugs DEF ANNOYED and waited another 15 minutes for my online order that I drove across town to get I’m not happy about this

This is the second time I’ve gotten 2 orders of the chicken nuggets and they were burnt each time. I didn’t bother calling or returning to the store because obviously you guys just can’t figure it out. The burrito dippers were super tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. Disappointed per usual with evening shift at this store.
