Pretty good but only one meal is cooked at a time so be prepared to wait a long time. You will not be served at the same time with who you came with. DO NOT go in the women’s restroom. I think the health inspector would shut the place down bc of the bugs and being nasty.

We had to get up and walk out after ordering. It was so dirty. Im so glad we didn’t stay we just knew it was food poisoning waiting to happen. He didn’t even bring our water to our table just set it on the table next to us util finally after playing in his phone awhile brought it to us. Genuinely not sure how they are open. Unbussed tables while he’s just sitting there on his phone. Disgusting weird water soup that was probably weeks old. Even the water looked dirty. I’m embarrassed to say I even tasted the soup im scared for my health 😳

Broccoli chicken was good. Pho was gross. 3 small pieces of meat in pho. Barely 5 pieces in chicken broccoli. roll that came with food was super greasy with no taste.
I'm actually embarrassed to admit we stayed and ate lunch there today after I said we should leave. OMG, it was the dirtiest place I've ever seen. After trying to clean the filthy table with germ-x and napkins, I finally asked the only employee there if I could get a rag to clean the table. He came over with a rag and windex and cleaned only MY part of the table... there were 4 of us! The food was disgusting. We all ate about 3 bites and couldn't eat any more. Everything tasted/looked like it was reheated/refried. I don't know what happened to the place, but they either need to close or do a serious overhaul. Where's Gordon Ramsay when you need him.

There was hardly any chicken in our meals. My onions and peppers were probably cooked for about 1 minute, still very raw. The sauce just tastea like a burnt grill. They didn't offer fried rice with the peppersteak, and the white rice was hard and dry. I have to reiterate that there was barely any chicken, like just a few pieces in each meal. Granted, we ordered after 8 pm, but not close enough to closing to warrant anything less than what we would normally get. This is not the first bad experience here.

The dining room was very dirty, with three unbussed tables that were there when we arrived. There was one other table of diners there when we arrived. The server was sitting at a table with what I assumed was the cook, both playing on their phones. She got up and seated us and then sat back down after bringing us our drinks. I had to get her attention to place our order, she was so engrossed with visiting with the other employee. We tried the sampler appetizer tray, which was pretty good, if not slightly overcooked. I had the Pad Thai and my mother had the Ginger Chicken. Her dish was rather flavorless and the vegetables were under-cooked. Mine was passable, By the time we left, neither of our waters had been refilled, none of the dirty tables had been cleared or cleaned and we decided to never go there again.

Wish I could give negative stars for service and atmosphere. My husband and I ate here, and the experience was awful, the service ABSOLUTELY unprofessional , it was dirty and the menu is inaccurate. We walked in and the waitress was on facetime with a person right in front of us, she did walk behind the wall but was so loud. Literally telling the person there is customers and she will get to us. My husband’s plate the garlic pepper with choice of meat was $10.95 plus $5 because he choose the three meat combo. When he got his plate there was maybe 3 thin slices of chicken and the same amount of beef but no pork! I ordered the Beef Pho for $10.95 which comes with your choose of meat and meatballs. I ordered extra beef as well for $2.50. And I’m sure you can see where this is going there was no meatballs nor extra beef. I would like to note I really do like the pho, but it was not the same this time the broth had no flavor When we were served the waitress didn’t give us silverware and any sauces I wanted I had to get up to get because the waitress was on her phone. And almost of their sauces were not good, the bottles clearly state “Refrigerate after opening” and they were just siting out on the table. When we showed the waitress our plates she said she had to ask the cook who said he made it how it was ordered. So we paid almost $40 for maybe and thats a big MAYBE for $22 dollars worth of food.

Food was decent (what I've eaten of it so far), but my main critiques of this place would be lobby/whole store cleanliness (I was only in the store for approx 10 minutes in total and I wanted to either leave without my order or start cleaning this place. 😒) and if you're serving to go orders put any and all sauces in sauce containers.
Edit: dropping to 1 star from 3 stars. The main item (one of the lunch specials) that I ordered is inedible to the point where i almost vomited while trying to eat it.
