Ordered a large chilli with cheese and onions this evening and hot seasoning. Got the chilli but they forgot everything else. Need more Mexicans working there. They did a far better job and care about the customer service! Service was crap tonight!

Food is good but they ALWAYS forget something on our order so we have to drive back 15+ minutes so it’s basically a waste and not “fast food”.

I am beyond appalled by the experience we just had at Wendy’s. We ordered a kids’ chicken nugget meal, and to our absolute horror, one of the nuggets very clearly had a bite taken out of it. Let me repeat that—a bite had already been taken out of a nugget that was handed to us in a sealed kids’ meal! How does something like this even happen? It’s not only disgusting but entirely unsafe and unethical.
To make matters worse, the fries that came with the meal were cold, stale, and obviously had been sitting out for far too long. It’s infuriating to see such a lack of care for quality and safety at an establishment we should be able to trust to provide fresh, untouched food.
I cannot overstate how disappointed we are. This was not just poor quality—it was outright negligence. Giving customers food that someone else has eaten off of is a serious health and safety issue. We will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this Wendy’s. Absolutely unacceptable.

Only went in for the drink special. 4th in line took twenty minutes. Long line at the drive-through, and it was obvious a new non-Eglish speaking crew was being trained. Lots of mistakes were being corrected and caused a huge slowdown in service. Normally the service is polite, quick and efficient.

We stopped last night, around 930pm and the fella that was covering the drive thru was amazing! His name was Brandon and his tag said he was the manager. Best experience at a fast food joint we had ever had. The food was amazing as well :)

The ladies at Wendy's today were super fast, friendly, and professional! Clean store and great food! Pittsburg is the best Wendy's restaurant I've been to so far hands down!
I ordered yesterday on door dash the Ghost pepper nuggets and later on that night I felt really sick I believe it was food poisoning I was vomiting and using the toilet through out the night until today stomach still feels funny I’m so disappointed that I have to go through this feeling and it doesn’t feel good.. be careful on the new nuggets especially the ghost pepper don’t eat a lot of them and my fries was cold and burgers was dry

They ran out of eggs to make breakfast sandwiches.
Just could not get our order together, got our order wrong multiple times and when we pulled up at the window they come to find out only 1 person is working the drive through, while 3 other people are talking, laughing and eating in the kitchen. Then one of them proceeded to lick her finger then touch the food that they were serving. They forgot half of our order too when we got to the window, and had to remind them. But once we got our food fully, and ate it. The food was decent. Edit: they forgot our straws too, when we ordered 4 drinks
