I have sent in complaints about this Wendy's twice about 5 years ago and hadn't been back until yesterday. First round through the drive through was great. The fries are crispy golden with sea salt on the outside and soft insides - delicious. Burgers are some of the meatiest and salads most delicious. Check out the app for some great deals.I messed up saying an order and placed an online order to make it up. About 25 minutes later, it was completed and handed to us with cold fries. When we kindly asked for fresh fries, the cashier grumbled - and rightfully so because there were 2-3 other workers who had been standing around chatting. We got our fresh fries and burgers and rolled home.

A group of my friends went in there and I ordered a plain burger with fries and I ended up waiting 32 minutes on it to come out. And my other friend also waited 30 some minutes. So I don’t know what happened but it just needs to be better.

We got our food wasn’t even given a receipt made our way home got home and opened the bag to see no 10 pc spicy nugs then got to our burger and we asked for no lettuce or tomato and there was lettuce and tomato with practically no

Tonight’s $30 meal was great! The guy working the window was great needs a raise! Really busy and kept stuff moving! Asked for 3 ranch and got it with no question!…….rewind to a few nights earlier/different people working!!! Asked for ranch after a $40 meal and the young kid working tried to hand me 3 but someone butted in and were really rude!! Poor service fries were cold also
