If you happen to be passing through Plains Ks. Let me tell you about this gem of a place. It has the nostalgic ombiance of a Mom & Pop good old fashioned place. You won't meet friendlier people. And the food is good to. They serve made to order breakfast sandwiches, and burritos too. It ain't just doughnuts you'll find delicious.
Great family run restaurant. Never had a Daylight Donut before ... my life will never be the same ? Started with a Peach Cream donut and it was de-lish! I currently have my eyes on some of the cinnamon buns that we got to go but I am trying to refrain in hopes that some make it home. Don't let all the sweets over shadow the fact that they make a pretty impressive breakfast with large portion sizes to boot. So I say if you are passing through Plains... make a point to stop...
