I called my order in and when it was done the person (had lots of tattoos) who cut the pizza touched my pizza with her bare hands. I have worked in fast food and worked at the Russell pizza hut for a few years, so I know you DO NOT touch food with bare hands after the food comes out of the oven.

We order from Pizza Hut often. We have had a couple mistakes with our orders, but the employees/manager is always quick to fix the problem or offer refund or compensation in a form a gift card, etc. anytime there has been a problem or a mess up with our order.

Worst pizza hut I've ever dealt with I live 10 mins from plainville ks and they refused to deliver to me so when my elderly father endeds up in the hospital because this store refused to service me their owner will be hearing from my attorney.

We had sub sandwiches and they are always so good. Service was outstanding our waiter was very friendly and checked on us several times. Small town and not crazy busy at the time we were there. Thank you !! Definitely will be back.
