What a great place! It is a wonderful family who owns it, and the best ribs I've had in many years!!! We get ribs, fried okra, baked beans, and to top it off, a home made ice cream sandwich!!! We go there at least twice a month!!!! I highly recommend their food & the homey, friendly atmosphere!!! They try so hard to provide just what their customers want!!! Thanks for everything!!! I would have to say this is one of the best barbecues I've had in sometime. I've taken many barbecue and butchering classes, and had 7 smokers at one time. What Larry has created here is as close to excellent barbecue as you're going to find. I spend Winters in Texas, nothing is this spot on. The ribs are still moist and the rub is perfect for my palate. The brisket was like a tender roast beef but you can taste the smoke in the meat. I tried the spicy sauce and the regular sauce and they were both very good but the brisket and ribs did not need any sauce at all. The baked beans were probably one of my favorite three I've ever had. There was plenty of meat in it and the overall sweetness and barbecue flavor smoked flavor was yummy.

Absolutely disgusting behavior. My family went to visit this bbq restaurant and my mom had ordered a bbq sandwich, the food tasted good, but the meat was too much so she took the top bun off and was eating the meat with a fork. Mid bite one of the owners walked up and told her that âif she didnt want the bun she couldâve just said soâ and that âthey werenât a corporate businessâ. HELLO?? We paid for the food and she wasnât even done with her food. Not only this but the owner went to grab her husband, he came out a began TO SCOLD MY MOM AS WELL?!? Absolutely insane behavior. My family camps around many parts of KS and they enjoy supporting local family restaurants within the area. So for her to be so rude when my family hadnât been rude whatsoever was very uncalled for. I wouldnât waste my time if I were you, these owners NEED help and customer service training

Real smoker and real good bbq.This is the real deal.They smoke all day tuesdays.And not open on tues.Just so the master smoker can do his thing. We owned a bbq restaurant for many years l And never have I given a 5 star rating to my 6 million views..But this is amazing and great prices.Its worth the drive to get what I think ,one of the best bbq in the county P.s. try the deep fried ribs they will blow you away
