HORRIBLE SERVICE i went here with my cousin and my grandma i may be 15 but this was TRAUMATISING for my cousin and me i went to Arby's last week on a Saturday we got the cups for our drinks and this man who is Mexican (not being racist) a bit short and always cleans peoples tables while eating my grandma finally gets her cup well this man tell us a bit raised of a voice and says you need to get your drink for your grandma because thats very disrespectful she says that fine for the 5th time he lets it go (trust me it gets worse) were id say about 10 minutes into our food well he starts cleaning our table my cousin tried helping him thats when he raised his voice and said NO ONLY I CLEAN THE TABLES and I'm sitting here shocked and also like tapped her hand away which is harassment then my cousin blows it off because she gets on her phone to do something while then he raises his voice saying WHY ARE YOU ON YOUR PHONE (once again) THAT IS SO DISRESPECTFUL then tries to GRAB HER PHONE also basically harassment and trying to take my cousins personal things away I'm sorry is this school? no didn't think so point is he should be fired he's a horrible man and dosent know when to stop NEVER come into Arby's if a Mexican old man is working also i have a witness it was a guy also working Saturday last week i think at 12 something or 1 he has brown hair white where's a hair and beard net if you need proof ask him also pretty sure he has something for my grandma my cousin cried at the end when we were at the restaurant

This place has great food off course... but I gotta say Jacob Foster took over and turned this restaurant around, it's now a great place to go eat... it's clean, and the staff is now so kind and helpful... the front register gentleman was so kind and silly with mu daughter.. joking around d with her and even gave her a small fry for being so good while we waited for our food... absolutely 💯 will always return for good food and good peole

I come here every time I visit Kansas, the service is the best, especially John who works at the front!
Well, it’s Arby’s. I don’t come here often (dine in) but usually it’s staff with teens (day/night) and usually someone(s) have order issues. Usually With me it’s forgetting the drink. Restaurant is normally clean, food overpriced but it’s something different.
Food not wrapped up well the times I have been, but again, fast food. Just seems “different” here.
On this visit today at least two people had issues with orders. Otherwise, standard issue fast food place.

Food good. But it took a long time to get and couldn't have a shake because they were cleaning out machine. I mean, I'm glad they clean it but who does that during peak serving time (dinner/5:30pm)?
Didn't give us all of our order, and when we went back through the drive through I asked why they didn't put it it the first time and he told me if I was going to be rude don't come back. So I will not be going back.
