The gentleman that helped us was awesome! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He visited with customers and kids alike! And in the middle of all that he mopped up a spilled drink from a to go order. He had it all under control! Great job, I wish I had caught his name.

I have tried the chicken sandwich ,the brisket sandwich and the rue en all of them were great . The rue en after trying it for the first time I even left a five dollar bill for the dining room clean up crew . The service employees are nice I do miss the Orange dream circle shakes though . I am hoping they will be back this summer .

Typical fast food experience. It's okay considering the prices. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was not very good. Service was prompt. Clean bathrooms.
Waited over 35 minutes for our food. People after us got their order. Seemed like they were only taking care of the drive thru. Finally, just ask for our money back and left. Area behind counter was disgusting.

The cashier promptly took our order. We then waited 35 min for our food, which we never ended up receiving. We asked to be refunded and we were and went somewhere else to eat. The floor in the kitchen was disgusting, full of food and trash. We were in town for a sports event. Very disappointed.

Arby's was great! Jacob came and checked on us to see if our food came out like we liked it. The food was delicious! We stopped on our vacation on the way out west and enjoyed it so much, we stopped on our way back home! Friendly service, great food!
