Food was greasy and chewy, like it was from the day before. Service was bad, they acted like they didn't understand me. But I seen them talking to other people. Anyway I won't be back.

Went to dinner and all the buffet trays were empty it was 6:30. Was told they close at 7:00 brought out little to no food at all and the minute that they brought anything out people that were there descended on it and it was all gone. The lady said they basically don't refill the trays because they close at 7:00 and don't want to waste food . Appeared to be only two people working. Was told that they weren't refilling the trays since they closed at 7:00. The lady was bringing food out and going to tables and saying how many you want and just throwing it on the plate. It was a terrible experience.

Has always been an excellent place to dine. They have the absolute best crab rangoon. That being said, it has lost some quality. Just ate there tonite after a long hiatus, because my husband and I don't like to eat real early, but if you don't get there within the first two hrs, you may just get leftovers. Tonight I noticed the plates were smaller, the food wasn't as hot/fresh, their hrs have changed, their prices have gone up, and they don't offer fortune cookies when you pay, anymore? And we were there at the top of the second hr.

My spouse got food poisoned eating there recently. The food was either under cooked or sat out too long and not refrigerated or heated. He spent time in the ER yesterday and it is costly because we don't live there and he is working out of state. Please step it up or fix things

We arrived at 12:30 for lunch and almost all buffet trays were empty. They didn't refill them even tho they didn't close for another 30 minutes. We asked about empty trays and were told that they close at 1:00. If you only want to serve for one hour, only be open for one hour! The small amount of food that was available was mediocre at best. Bland tasting and fried egg rolls were practically burned. Not worth even the "reasonable" price.
