I grew up going to Don's after church on Sundays from 1972-'81 when my father was minister @ Pratt UMC. Today was a glorious step back in time as my family and I were in town for Memorial Day Weekend. The trays, plates, salad bar, salads, dessert above the salad bar, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, green beans, roast beef and of course, the state's best fried chicken were as good as ever!! Plus, seeing the plates still up in the dining room? Are you kidding me??...
Small town local place, great breakfast, and lunch buffet at the same time. Watched several locals come in, and the waitstaff knew exactly what they wanted. That attentive crossed over to us as well as we were just passing through. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our breakfast here as always we did before when we stayed here in Pratt.
Dietary restrictions: We both are keto, so we each didn't want the toast and hashbrowns. I got cottage cheese instead, and my husband got two eggs over easy. For a side with our omelet.
