Talk about RUDE ! And couldn’t have sympathy or trying to fix a situation! Kathy the manager doesn’t know how to manage but making sure she is right when customers are always right ! I made a breakfast mobile order at 10;44 got dressed and headed to McDonald’s got there at 11:02 and waited behind a truck that took forever and then for them to tell us they won’t make our order because it’s past 11 ! I placed the order way before time and she couldn’t even make the effort...read full review
Waited 15 minutes for one burger, and some fries. Got my food began going down the road burger is thrown all over the box not even put together. Also looks like someone spit in it. A big puddle of mucus in the middle of the burger. Call up there demanding my money back asking why and what happened and she told me I would have to turn around and drive back to get a refund. Manager was no help Selena was her name. Kathy is apparently GM awful experience.
