We were visiting from another town. I had to park for my food not expecting it to take over an hour. When I went in to ask about my order the manager last was just telling around had customers just walking in back trying to help, the shift lead looked over whelmed. One of the workers was just being so ride I asked him about my order and he said it will be done when it gets done. He was not trying to hear me say I had been parked for over an hour. Finally the over whelmed employee took my receipt and started bagging my food he threw in some cookies but the rest of the food had been sitting for a while and I was missing a spicy McChicken it was chaos.

I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I arrived, and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes in the drive-thru line after I gave my mobile order number. The person taking the orders through the drive-thru was extremely rude. Apparently my food was done well before it got to me in the drive-thru, because by the time they gave it to me, it fries were cold and soggy and the sandwich was cold as well. However, I wasn't about to have them remake it because I was afraid I would have ended up there another 30 minutes! Even though I drive through Pratt very often, I will NEVER go back to this McDonald's.

The employee that took our order was having a conversation with the customers behind us. I'm not sure if they have trays because all the costumers eating in received their food in a bag, including us. The food was cold. We did get entertained with the employees yelling at each other while preparing food. Good luck if you eat here, hope the service is better.
