Went there yesterday for lunch. Ice machines where empty, half the sodas were out and both ketchup dispenser were empty. When our food was brought to us, they forgotten our cups.

Absolutely NOT worth stopping. Ordered 3 BEC biscuits, 1 Sauage McGriddle, and 1 Steak Egg and Cheese McGriddle. Only got 2 of the BEC and none had no Bacon. Ordered 1 chilled Cafe mocha and 1 large hot Cafe mocha. Didn't get the large hot and when we told them they took the receipt. Came back with a BEC biscuit with no bacon again and a small hot Cafe Mocha. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Elderly female ordertaker needs a course in customer service or quite frankly find another job. Rude and condescending when placing my order on numerous occasions. Really just ruins the whole dining experience. It's a shame because everyone else is so professional.
