Elderly female ordertaker needs a course in customer service or quite frankly find another job. Rude and condescending when placing my order on numerous occasions. Really just ruins the whole dining experience. It's a shame because everyone else is so professional.
Stopped at tcurious. On 4/27 while on my way to Wichita. Drive thru wait time was the normal. The lady taking my order was slightly rude but understandable since they were busy. Food quality was great the window attendant was very friendly and curtious. Took about 10-15 minutes.
My partner and I are in here twice a week and always receive the friendliest greetings. The employees are always fun to talk with and provide excellent, timely service. Thank you!- Deputy
