Coffee was very good. Also purchased a non food item. Was a nice shop with a very eclectic feel and cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Was just passing through town on a long road trip and pleasantly found this place for more ing coffee.

The coffee was awesome but the customer service was lacking. I understand there were only 2 people working there when I went in. I was second in line. Gave my order and paid. Customers started pouring in and instead of the gal taking a new
Order and stopping to make coffee, she just kept ringing people out. Then when help did show she skipped over my order twice. Then I was asked if they could help me. I explained what coffee I had and again noticed they skipped over my cup to help the ones that came after me. 30 minutes later I was finally served. I honestly enjoy small businesses and try to support but skipping over my cup once is okay accidental but asking me what I ordered and skipping my cup again is just you telling me you don’t want out of town business.

I can be pretty indecisive when it comes to trying something new in beverages. This place is always good to listen to what I like and give me suggestions and it is always delicious! Patient and friendly staff!

I love supporting small businesses so I was excited to find this coffee shop. Unfortunately as soon as I sat down to work, one of male employees found it necessary to start talking about politics and Black women in a way that made me feel unsafe. Upset I had already spent my money there. Maybe the owners need to have a conversation with their employees about customer service and what is appropriate.

Such a charming little coffee shop! I had a lavender latte w oat milk and it was so wonderful. The baristas were amazing and kind and they have great merch also. I’m so happy you advertised in the restrooms at Green Sports complex. You made my day in Pratt so much better!
