Stopped in today for a buffet lunch. We asked the girl at the counter if they were still serving the lunch buffet and she said I can leave it up a little longer for you so we said okay. She led us to a table and took drink orders brought us our drinks and we never saw her or anyone else again until checkout time. I went online to order my breadsticks because I had rewards that would pay for them but when I got there there wasn't any rewards on my ticket. Had to pay the full price. If the rewards don't work any better than that then there's a problem.
Charged $64.00 for 4 adult buffets. We only had 2 adults & 2 kids. We came in a little before 1pm, the pizza & breadsticks were rock hard & salad bar only had lettuce & a few dressings. We were given small salad plates for the buffet and waited for 30 minutes for fresh pizza that never came. I’m not a person to give bad reviews but I feel we should have been offered another option & not charged for eating rocks.
