All I got to say is the food is good, but someone who has a hard time talking with people in general, I hate talking to a Ai ordering bot. Why do I have to ask for a real person. I called to order a pizza never done it before and its a robot, is it that hard for a real person to take your order.

Charged by ingredient upon ordering a Grilled Chicken Bbq Medium Pan Pizza when the menu said it was $22.49 - added $1 for Pan pizza although it did not state addition of anywhere on the menu. When I had this pizza in Wichita, Ks it was under $20 + tax. What the deal Pratt manager? Came out over $26!! Alas I did not have pizza today!
Stopped by the Pizza Hut in Pratt, KS and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The young lady working the front clearly didn’t want to be there—her attitude was negative from the start, and she acted like talking to customers was a burden. I stood waiting for about five minutes before she even came out to greet anyone, and there were four or five other people waiting too. She was the only one working, but instead of trying to help quickly or communicate, she seemed more focused on getting tips than actually serving customers. Two couples walked out because the wait was so long. I stuck around, but honestly wish I hadn’t. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a national chain.

Ask again for easy cheese/sauce and got extra cheese and sauce.Everything but the outside edge,about 1/2 inch, of my medium pizza dough was not cooked.And I stress not cooked!
