Ask again for easy cheese/sauce and got extra cheese and sauce.Everything but the outside edge,about 1/2 inch, of my medium pizza dough was not cooked.And I stress not cooked!

Came here 15 minutes before close and everything was locked and even though people were inside refused to provide service

Ordered online said it was going to be done a 6:47 waited inside for 15 minutes after 6:47. Then got told that they didn't have any Alfredo sauce which half my order relied on. Then got told it would be atleast another 15 minutes. This will 100% be the last time I order from pizza hut. What a same the franchise has gone so down hill.👎👎👎 forgot to add that there were only 2 tables inside and no one coming in at the time for pick ups...

Pizza definitely lack luster, doe was barely there and even ordered stuff crust. Had bacon as the single topping and there was 3 little pieces on each slice. Can not complain it was to greasy because there was barely any cheese on it with the sparse bacon. Waited at counter to pay for the pizza, ordered it online took around 20 minutes for some one to come too the counter. Watched a couple walk out because it took to long to be seated. Another couple was still waiting to be seated after I left. Can not recommend the pratt kansas pizza hut at all.

My was not it. Barely had any meat. Very greasey. Service was not good waited over 10 minutes for carryout
2 hours waiting for a pizza, 1.5 of those hours was me waiting inside the building, right next to the counter. I watched people come in, order their pizza, eat it and leave before I got mine. Telling me every 15 minutes or so that it was almost done before eventually just telling me that they forgot about me. And I've had no desire to come back since.
Where do i start.......was in town for state softball, our team had just won the state championship, so of course, we all we're in a great mood! That would quickly change..... We we're promptly greeted, and orders taken and receiving great service....sounds great right? Well, here's where it went bad. Anyone here like shoeless kids in the kitchen where your food is made at a restaurant? Yeah....me either! Complaint made to manager, that changed nothing, the kid still ran around store, and kitchen barefooted. Come to find out it was the manager's kid. When confronted at bill time all she could state that it was handled.....it wasn't handled and made tons of excuses , hoping this review and complaints to corporate will handle it better than she did!!! Stay away from this place til fix the nastiness!!!!

Never again..... I don't have the time or patience to order pizza in Pratt, KS through a call center that doesn't speak English.
We called ahead and ordered pizza. We got there 20 min before close. The staff was great!!! Kudos to them.
Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at one point in time I was gonna never come back to this restaurant and then to right there completely turned it around. I’ll be back.
The pizza was undercooked. The crust was very mushy and the toppings were cold.
Stopped in today for a buffet lunch. We asked the girl at the counter if they were still serving the lunch buffet and she said I can leave it up a little longer for you so we said okay. She led us to a table and took drink orders brought us our drinks and we never saw her or anyone else again until checkout time. When we got up to the buffet we noticed that there was nothing on the salad bar side nor were there any pizza desert items. We could only choose pizza or a dried out pasta alfredo. We were starving and thought surely the buffet we be discounted at half price so we ate pizza. The girl showed up to take our payment at the register and gave us the total for a full buffet price. We were a bit shocked and told her we thought it should be discounted given it wasn't a full buffet. She said corporate won't allow her to do that, customers have to pay full price buffet no matter what. I said but there's no salad bar side and no dessert items on there. She responded with yes, I know, we havent had any freeon on that side for about three days but customers still have to pay full price at which I stated "you should have told us before that it wasnt a full buttet but is still full price so would could have declined to eat there. We asked for the manager and she informed us she was the management. Not wanting to argue we paid our bill and left. Just as we were leaving two young men came in for the buffet and she proceeded to seat them without telling them it wasn't a full buffet. Terrible customer service relations. We won't be back or advise any of our friends to go there.
