We had the most wonderful service and food this past weekend from sonic. We're from Dodge City but travel to Wichita on the weekends and stop at Pratt sonic every weekend. The food is always good but this weekend they went above and beyond! The manager that morning made suggestions that we hadn't tried tried before and we were not disappointed, the super sonic breakfast burrito with bacon and grilled onion was to die for. And talk about quick service! I only seen two people the whole time we were there and we got our FRESH FOOD in about 3 minutes total. Anyway if you haven't you should definitely have a sonic breakfest. We actually were amazed! Thank you!

Love the Drive-In! Went for the corn dog special, dogs were fresh hot and crispy, and so were the fries - just the way we like them!

Incredibly slow. The kiosk system was mislabelled so the carhop didn't know where to bring our ice cream. 45 minutes for 3 ice creams ...

I went to sonic and ordered a chilly cheese coney w no cheese and jalepons definitely NOT WHAT I GOT!!! Had them remake it and once again put no chili on it and the order says NOTHING abt chilli. The first one had a tiny amount of chilly and they were rude to the worker who asked them to remake it for me. Jessie and Caden were the ones I spoke too and they were awesome but something definitely needs to be done abt the kitchen.

Watched them fill the three orders behind me in the drive through while they didn’t even start talking n my order which was just an ice cream order for my kids. Completely incompetent.

Tried the Triple Smash burger meal for my birthday treat . Delicious ,very fresh tasting and filling . It was fun and what a great gift .
The girls working here have their hair in pony tails. One boy has more hair than they do, and it covers his whole face. It is sadly disgusting. Why shouldn't he have to wear it up

I went to sonic to get a drink this evening. There were four vehicles in front of me in the drive-through. Three of the vehicles had gone through got their food and drinks when the fourth vehicle pulled up to the window. After several minutes, no one had taken my order the vehicle behind me got upset and left. I sat there a while longer till the vehicle in front of me was gone, so I was the only one left in the drive-through and still nobody took my order.

I have been to this place a few times order online wait 20 to 30 minutes then I call and they say we haven't seen yur order but 2 seconds later it's walking out the door with it terrible service here worst sonic on service I have ever been 2
