Went to the Sonic in Pratt. Defyis service but food was exactly as ordered so I didn’t mind the wait at all! Friendly too!

If I could give a 0 on service I would. Waited for 10 minutes behind 2 vehicles ( which drove off, 1 of them screaming into the microphone for one of your employees to answer for drive through), we drove up no answer, drove to window and not 1 employee looked over or came to assist us. Pulled around to car hop area been sitting here for several minutes and couldn’t get our call answered either so far. Then a person drove up parked next to us pushed their button and got immediately answer. Worst customer service in the whole town!!

Good food, moderately friendly carhops, they need to replace their internal and external speakers because we had to repeat ourselves several times in the drive thru lane and in the parking stalls.

Got two strawberry milkshake. Got to my hotel room and tasted milk shake. It just tasted as sweet water. It did not taste as strawberry milk shake. Called Sonic store in Pratt right away to report. Lady tried to justify that their equipment did not work so they made it old fashion way. Also stated that her manager would give refund if I had code from my receipt. I wish they did not sell product that does not taste same as people as used to. Or at least inform customer that they have improvised milkshake due to equipment not working. So guest has a choice to say yeah or nay.

Cold tater tots. Lukewarm burger. Even the Coca Cola didn't taste right. Rootbeer I replaced the coke with was good. No receipt. Love Sonic, but not this one. Very disappointed. Won't go bsck.

Had an appointment and was hungry when I got done. Since it was still "happy hour" stopped at Sonic to get a cherry vanilla Dr Pepper. Also tried the "new" butter burger. Split an order of onion rings. Hand cut, lightly battered and fried to crispy perfection. The burger was buttery, cooked and seasoned well, but buttery. I have been known to use a napkin or two at Sonic. The burger was a six or seven napkin event. Can't go wrong at Sonic.
