I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and swapped the beef for potatoes, but they still didn't look at the order and gave it to me with beef.
I've NEVER received the correct drink. They always give me Baja Blast instead of just Mountain Dew, and I have to go inside and swap my drink myself. I don't know how the manager is running the place if the staff is constantly making mistakes with orders.
Vegetarian options: Do not recommend. They mix up orders all the time.

Did a mobile order, placed at 12:04 PM. Arrived at the store at 12:18, app said it would be ready by 12:22 PM. Didn’t get my order until 1:04 PM. Had multiple people come into the store and order right in front of me and they got their food before I did. Instead of an apology the manager was hateful and disrespectful, talking about how I can wait just like everyone else. Drive thru had been waiting over 20 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable

Got a chicken quesa instead of a steak one, ordered tostada extra beans and cheese, barely even had beans on it, same with bean burrito, got charged for all the extras but never got them, staff sucks at following order board.

I m truck driver , i parked my truck on road for food at 11:00pm , main door closed , so i tried in drive thru , they denied because i m not in vehicle. I understand them but they have to understand others , someone can be too much hungry. Truck driver can not bring his/her truck in drive thru , so thats not mean they do not have right to food, unsatisfied from rules and services of this taco bell

The worst staff you will ever see in your life. Never a person at the register, you have to wait 20-30 minutes only for a burrito, the manager is extremely rude and never helpful as well as everybody else that works there (besides one lady), and the staff doesn't know how to read because they continue to mess up my orders. If I could give 0 stars I would.
