I have went to Taco Bell around 9:00pm multiple times these past two weeks and everytime the service is incredibly slow, taking roughly around 30-40 minutes to get roughly 3-5 items. The customer service is incredibly bad. Drive thru workers are incredibly disrespectful. Went last night and they claimed they said “wait a minute” but I sat at the ordering station for 10 minutes with no response. When I pulled forward they immediately spoke to the person behind me. When I pulled forward to the window the lady working the drive thru was incredibly disrespectful (although me being respectful and understanding due to as well working in food service) when I told her my order was an online order not drive thru.

Everything was bad. Chalupas were hard/ stale, Everything else was missing something like sauce, and an entire ordered of chips and guac. I would have went back and complained, but after driving 13 hours, I didn't have the energy.

I know there was a lot of terrible reviews but it seems like this Taco Bell is managed much better now. The restaurant was clean, the lady that took my order was very polite. My food was ready in just a few minutes and was very good.

While driving to Wichita we stopped here for a quick lunch, the staff was very friendly the place was clean. the lady who took our order was very nice, friendly and professional. i wish all fast food places have staff like her.
I wish there would be zero stars,, I literal could of went to a real resteraunt sat down ordered food and would have gotten food quicker,, and then wouldn’t have needed to hear the yelling from “cook” in the back,, this place will go out of business if this stuff keeps up

I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and swapped the beef for potatoes, but they still didn't look at the order and gave it to me with beef.
I've NEVER received the correct drink. They always give me Baja Blast instead of just Mountain Dew, and I have to go inside and swap my drink myself. I don't know how the manager is running the place if the staff is constantly making mistakes with orders.
Vegetarian options: Do not recommend. They mix up orders all the time.

My soda was flat but when I mentioned it, an employee got me a new one from the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh.
