I went around 1pm. Asked for the Spongebob meal. They neglected to tell me that they ran out of the pie before the payment went through😒 They said they could give two extra floats that wasn’t even filled to the brim. I will not be going back to this location again.

Went for the Bikini Bottom Bundle and they told me they were out of the drink that comes with it. Asked if I could get Strawberry Lemonade instead and they were also out of it. When I went to the window to pick up my order they gave me my order in a REGULAR BAG. Turns out they were also out of the box that the bundle comes in, then they want to charge regular price for it almost $20? I don’t think so. When I went to return my order the employees didn’t even asked what was wrong with my order, that just shows how they knew they were in the wrong. There’s a reason why this Burger King is always empty, I hope it closes soon.

Walked in didn't even get talked to and two people looked at me. I placed my order 10 minutes prior and it was ready I seen it. Stood there asking for help and got ignored. Even when they gave someone else there food. Finally she turned and looked at me when I said hello again. Got my food she stared at me when I asked for my drink as well. Then went uh what size was that. Then I get home and guess what I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon. Should of checked before leaving but didn't think to. Just sucks. They weren't even really busy.

This place is a dump and is just as disgusting as it looks. The girl walked away from the window and TOOK MY CARD with her. She returned and shoved the bag out the window without saying a word, THEN she handed me my card. Oh and guess what, I didn't get my fries and my cheeseburgers were ice cold.
