I normally wouldn't review or have high expectations for a McDonald's but y'all screwed up everything in our bag except the fries and drink. We used the app. It all gets printed out. There are no confusing instructions at the window.

Roe McDonald's doesn't care about how they prepare food at all they mess your order up then get angry when you try to let them know about it they are rude and disrespectful which is surprising considering the location of this restaurant terrible food and disrespectful employees very unprofessional.

The staff had zero idea what they were doing. Kiosk didn't have paper in it so I asked at the counter for them to print it. I've done this at several locations previously including this one. They couldn't figure it out. Kept saying that the order was gone. Meanwhile people kept coming up to complain about not getting stuff they ordered.
Do yourself a favor and find a different location.

The best Maccas 1/4 pounder I have ever had. It tasted great, but, most importantly, when in came in the box, it actually looked like the advertisement picture!
There is a lady who drives a white 4Runner who will yell and cuss at you in the drive thru… legit like why?! It’s 8am lady.. 🤦🏻♀️

When you ask a driver to come inside the restaurant when no one is in the drive thru, it seems a bit silly.
None the less, I came inside.
I see the order ready to go, someone just needs to hand it to me. Drive thru attendant who just told me to come inside walks right past me and the bags for the delivery order and does not give them to me. I was just in the drive thru, and I am the only one standing at the register, come on folks.
That is what was annoying. I understand you're working on other orders but all the steps were completed and the order just needed to be handed to the driver. I am delivering to YOUR CUSTOMER. Could have done that in the drive thru but I understand when it gets busy that is not best for your restaurant.
Let's not bypass common sense for procedure.
Have a good day, if I have an order contracted to your restaurant, I will be coming back. I will come inside from now on. Hopefully you acknowledge me for your customers best interest.
