My husband and we’re parishioners for 50plus years all 5 of our kids graduated from there we had a lot of friends there and it’s so sad to see it torn down we were married there in 1949 by Father Martin Brady a wonderful priest

My son began St. Agnes as a third grader. The community from Fr. Bill, to the Principal (Mrs. Sullivan), to all of the teachers and staff have been nothing short of exceptional. The class sizes are small. There are a number of enrichment activities offered before and after school: Lego Robotics, Gardening club, Art club, Science club, Band, Choir, etc. The teachers go the extra mile to ensure that students are prepared for academic success. I've had the good fortune to be able to spend a lot of time volunteering at the school during school hours; I have witnessed only respectful and kind interactions between the Principal, the teachers, staff and the students. The community has welcomed our family with open arms. We are very grateful to be part of such an exceptional community.

I am from Louisiana. I do not live in a flooded area however I just saw where the students raised $115 by saving their allowances and sent it to one of our middle schools to buy books for the library. Kudos to all of the staff and students for your generosity at this time of great need in southern Louisiana. I think that any School that cares so much for the needs of others is a fantastic place to send your child.

Quaint Roman Catholic Church! Beautiful services. I have only been to the weekday Masses (Lenten and Easter Time), but it is truly a Roman Catholic church, celebrating a traditional Mass. During the week, people are quiet but nice. Love having a 5:30 PM Mass, so if you're looking for one after work, this is a great location! Very pretty inside; not sure how parking would be if the service is crowded. Make sure to park in the lot, as it can be tricky backing out on the street on the south side. Located just north of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Mission Road.
