I went in line to receive a DoorDash at midnight I get to window the black young lady comes to window tells me her manager told me to come inside the lobby because the order was still being prepared I say no problem being professional BAD IDEA I ended up waiting 25mins to receive this order because apparently their on timer in drive thru line and those orders take priority over prepaid orders so the manager kept just making food for drive through purchases and my customer order was put last the manger wouldn’t provide me his name to report to store owner I’d suggest not ordering here for delivery for your late night cravings unless you want go bed hungry do poor staffing

Be careful when ordering for delivery we ordered after midnight $30 worth and never received it I called talked to a guy and he said just cancel they need a better system for delivery because evidently they didn't check to see who picked up my order under Chris the wrong person must have picked it up and the person that was going to pick my stuff up wasn't able to pick anything

Used card in drive through at 11pm. Only time I’ve used this card today. Likely stolen the information and had to lock card. Unsure who but clearly was stolen by employee here. Do not give them your card in drive through!
Update: multiple new charges this am. All declined. Hope they catch them. Will have to get new card. Avoid this place!!!!

There is black mold in the soda machine nozzles. I usually like to check with a straw wrapper when I get my drink. Came back covered in black mold. They need to be cleaning the nozzles daily.

came 30 minutes before close at 2:30am and still received one of the best crunchwraps i’ve ever had. service was great which honestly was unexpected after so many late night taco bell runs. of all the taco bell’s in the kc metro i know i can always count on this one for consistently good service and food
Easily one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the area if you go at night every time I go there the staff is high and messes something up you ask for no tomatoes they put tomatoes if you ask for a soft taco you get a hard one it seems like they can’t just do an order like you ask whether they’re busy or slow the day staff is amazing I’ve never had a problem with them it always seems to be the night staff
