We arrived at 6:00 in the evening, no one even acknowledged we sat down. We had to go ask for menus. After waiting for almost an hour the waitress finally came to take our orders. The waitress took our orders but never returned to fill our drinks or check how we're doing, we had to ask for our drinks to be refilled. After over 2 hours of waiting, our food finally arrived. None of the staff or waitresses came to refill our drinks or provide any kind of service at all. It was interesting how other tables were greeted right away, and their orders placed right away because the waitresses knew them. They must have thought we didn't live here locally, but sorry to tell them we do. We commented on how we should receive a discount for having to wait over 2 for our food to arrive. The older waitress provided a discount along with quite a few insults to members of our party. I wouldn't recommend going there at all. Their customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE and it takes FOREVER to get your food.

They had dockside parking for my sailboat. Their sangria was delicious, and they sold it by the barrel. I bought two barrels and had sangria for the next couple months. The karaoke library was exclusively Michael McDonald, which I loved. My mom sang what a fool believes beautifully and the bartender complimented her voice. She was so happy.

The wait time is atrocious. Easily an hour just to get appetizers. Then about 30 minutes in they’ll ignore you on drink refills. The owners are in every night but get fed as soon they walk in even if other customers are delayed. They don’t care. Used to be a great place. But when your the only game in town. Then i guess the hell with customers

This was definitely one of, if not the worst dining experience. Although I had already been told by a few other people of the unsatisfactory service time and food issues I, decided to give it a try, and was extremely disappointed. The wait time for the food was almost an hour and the order was wrong, as well as missing items. To top it off, I forgot my $60 electronic cigarette on the table when we left, and when I called about it, I was told that it was "thrown away with the food" that was left. On a previous visit, my card was not returned after closing my tab, and when I asked about the cameras, I was told that they didn't know how long the footage was stored and then lied to about the cameras angle of view which would have conf that the card was not returned, which I confirmed with pictures of the cameras. My card was used the next day for an online purchase which was declined for lack of the pin number. Granted I was quite intoxicated that night, hence why I was unaware of my card not being with the receipt, it is still not excusabl

The service was awesome. The food was okay. The portions were big. The prices were on par with everyone else. But at Squeaks Club in St John Kansas you really feel you belong and part of the family. Will definitely go back.
