We had Bobby for my daughter’s wedding, and I gave his info to the mil for the rehearsal dinner as well. She lives out of town and didn’t know who would do the food. We had Italian for the rehearsal and taco bar for the wedding. The food was fabulous, staff was awesome, and Bobby is really great to work with. Very responsive and works hard to exceed expectations!

Our menu consisted of burnt ends, bourbon chicken, smoke Gouda Mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes, Italian green beans and Ceasar salad. While everything was outstanding, the Mac and cheese and the potatoes earned everyone’s rave reviews. The set-up, service, clean-up and included tableware allowed us to truly enjoy the meal. Bobby was so wonderful to work with beforehand, and the night of our friends and family raved about the food. They allowed my immediate family to eat a little ahead of time so we could mingle with guests. 10/10 would recommend!
