Very good alternative to enjoy delicious preparations, always at the optimal Subway level. Very kind, neat and cordial attention. Pleasant atmosphere, good music and facilities.

This is my second time ordering online and having to wait 40-45 minutes for my order. This time my sub was not even made correctly and she just said:”I’m sorry I’ll speak to the supervisor “. When I told her that it took 40 minutes for my order she said that they were really busy but when I walked in there it was just my sister and I and a few minutes later a crowd came in. Also there was a tea dispenser that was leaking on the floor forming a puddle, I brought it to their attention and they started arguing about who was going to clean it up or what to do with the situation I’m extremely disappointed for the lack of responsibility. I don’t think I’ll eat here again or recommend to anyone.

I order online and they can’t even read the order right I ask for Italian herb and cheese bread toasted and they gave me white. I asked for more black olives and they gave me a little bit and I asked for more sweet onion teriyaki and they didn’t give me any if you’re going to eat there you might as well go in because they can’t read a online menu right..
Worst Subway sandwich I've ever had. Flatbread was stiff and stale. Tomato was tasteless. Staff was friendly.

I had a work crew to feed of 7 people and in an effort to save them and myself some time, I tried to put my order in on-line The past few times I have tried on-line ordering, I can't select certain items I want to add, therefore on-line ordering doesn't work. Nonetheless, I went to the Scott City location to place my order for 7 sandwich's and after my second sandwich order, and not moving down the line, the employee making the sandwiches ask if I had more sandwiches to order. I replied "Yes, I do" She asked how many and I said "5 more". She, right at my face, rolled her eyes at me and gave a loud "ugh" sound! Her attitude sucked the entire time she was making these sandwiches. I didn't know it was against the rules to order more than one item!! Very disappointed!!!
Food quality and prices don't match 15$ for a 11 inch sub with 4 inches of meat although the food is usually fresh Subway as a company has lost its quality over

I was told computer were down so we waited 5 minutes or so for them to come back up then they started making out sandwiches. After I got mine toasted I asked for lettuce which is the main veggie in all my sandwiches to which I was told all our lettuce is old I can give you old lettuce if you want. I said a head of lettuce is 1.50 at the grocery store across the street and that if they didn't have lettuce I really didn't even want a sandwich. Was baisicly forced to pay for the sandwiches and was told to go across the street and get some lettuce if I wanted some.

I’ve never encountered an employee who was not bashful in her annoyance that a customer came in at 1:45pm on a Wednesday when no other customers where there. Horrible customer service skills, didn’t make the sandwich correct, had a huge “F-Off” sticker on her forehead with how she acted. The only positive was that she was quick.
