They took my order. Everything was okay. Except for when I tried to ask to remove onions, they did not actually listen to me. When I said to remove only the onions, they removed everything other than that, the food taste great and the atmosphere was great, and customer service was okay.

Conveniently located next to the Best Western, good place for a late 8 P.M. dinner while travelling. The service was fast and friendly, and it is nice to actually receive napkins in the bag without having to ask for them. The Dave's Double was made perfectly to my request and was hot and fresh, the fries were not bad, but the nuggets had been sitting under the heat lamp a little too long-- they get kind of a rubbery texture when they are not fresh, but they could have been worse. Asides from that, everything was fine.

I recently visited the Wendy’s in Scott City, Kansas, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon walking in, I was greeted not by the smell of delicious food, but by the sight of chaos. Family members of employees were literally trashing the lobby, with one child purposefully spilling orange juice on the floor while another older child, who seemed to be under no supervision, did nothing to stop it. It begs the question: what kind of management allows this kind of behavior to occur in their establishment? Needless to say, I did not eat here, and I strongly advise others to think twice before stepping foot in this Wendy’s.

Like us, you may think fast food while traveling is quicker and easier, but it rarely is true. We were given the opportunity today to actually learn from our mistake and will avoid fast food restaurants moving forward. My wife and I stopped here for lunch along with another couple while passing through the area. What a huge mistake, definitely should have just passed through this hole. While the restaurant was clean I do not give any credit for what was nothing short of embarrassing. There were plenty of people working; however, there was no leadership for the team. One person took orders inside, one took orders at the drive-through, one made sandwiches and one cooked fries but none of them did anything else and no one assembled orders. So, after 20 minutes and 15 orders inside, the manager finally got out of a chair and came up front to help. This proved only marginally better. All 3 of my sandwiches were incorrect as I unwrapped each one at the counter, showed them the receipt and the error and made them re-make each one. I did not receive any kind of apology for taking so long. This was one of the worst fast food experiences ever and it served a lesson I would share with everyone. I understand these businesses are having trouble hiring enough or decent people to work. So don’t. Shut them down. Save us all from your flawed business strategy.
