So, I ordered at this place a few days ago and ordered very little. Then, the general manager, I believe her name was Erica? Refused to make my order, which consisted of a few frosties. This is my alt account as to protect my identity when reviewing online.

Was disappointed with the service and crew as store was advertised as open but they said that they felt like opening late again even tho store is advertised as open and on top of that we waited the 30 minutes they told us for morning prep to be ready and they still refused service

Took the Grands there over summer break, we were on a mission to try every restaurant in Scott City. Wendy's was one of their favorites as they got to sit at the window bar and watch the semis come in. They very much enjoyed their meals and ready to revisit!

Must have been running low on ice today. The Wendy’s staff did the right thing….they sent someone to the local Love’s store and bought 20 or 30 bags of ice to help their ice machine stay caught up. Kudos! Where they failed, miserably, is when they broke up the ice bags….ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR….and then commenced to dumping and shaking the bags over the ice bin!!😱 COMPLETELY CONTAMINATING the entire ice bin with whatever nastiness transferred from the floor to the ice bags to the bin. Three or four employees, one of which seemed ‘managerial’, all aware of what was taking place….but none of which saw it as a major no-no. Done with Wendy’s in Scott City. Anyone who allows this type of activity, is perfectly fine with uncleanliness. Anyone who allows this can’t be trusted to wash their hands after using the restroom. Gross.

We had lunch at this Wendy's location in Scott City, the hamburgers and fries were great, the location was clean, few other guests while we ate, lots of free parking outside the restaurant, easy to get back on the road.
they had the coca cola freestyle machines which we love, clean toilets

usually good staff, sometimes inexplicably takes two people to run drive through while customers wait at counter, usually not too long though. sometimes your food is ready before you find a seat, other times it's a few minutes to seven at the most

Stopped for lunch. Service was friendly, polite, and fast. We had spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken was quite spicy--a little too hot for my husband, just right for me. And unlike a lot of other Wendy's spicy chicken sandwiches I've had, the meat in this one was also nice and hot--usually the meat is room temperature, but this one tasted fresh, hot, juicy, and like it had just come out of the fryer, perfect. The veggies on it were cool and crisp, and the sandwich was delicious. I had ordered a small order of fries with the sandwich, and the employee might have misunderstood, and thought I had asked for a small drink when I wanted only water, so I got a small drink cup and no fries. When I went back up to the counter and said I hadn't ordered a drink, they refunded the charge for the drink with no argument (and I didn't really need the fries anyway,) so it worked out well.
Melissa was fantastic. She stayed constantly busy when not working with customers. It's nice to see a great work ethic in a quick service restaurant. She was friendly as well. Great job, Melissa!

Food is generally okay but my order has been wrong the past two visits in a row. Also this isn't necessarily a local issue but the potato wedges with breakfast never taste good.

It's been a long time since I've been to Wendy's, the food wasn't party good at this location, as everything was pretty dry and not flavorful, but it was hot and the restaurant was very nice and clean

This was a really nice Wendy's, looked like it had been remodeled recently. Look very inviting especially the fireplace wall and intimate seating area.

This place is by far the worst place to eat at, we went through the drive thru and ordered 3 large fries and 2 baconators and get home and had 2 large fries and 2 chille fries. Went back to get the order fixed and they even said what they put in, got back home and got the 3 large fries went to get the baconators opened them up and I'll be damed got 2 double cheese burgers instead. They can't even get the order right the second time around.
