It was a simple order to McDoubles add mayonnaise it's on the receipt it's on the tax that are on the wrappers but the Mayo never made it to the sandwiches. Disappointing. Order #1343 5-March-2026

Visited this McDonald's for a late lunch around 1:45 pm and the food was phenomenal! The service was ultra-fast and drive-thru attendant was so personable and friendly. And the food? Oh WOW! The burgers were hot and fresh and the fries were amazing! Drinks were icy cold and fantastic. Great and terrific job to the staff!

The guy at the register was great, however, the drink station was absolutely filthy, the woman who brought my food out was we you’re rude and just tossed my bag on the counter. It wasn’t busy so I feel there’s no good excuse for all that. As I went to sit all the tables were clearly not cleaned and the table number things were all over the place. As I was walking out the window pictures were literally falling down. To top all that my bread was very dry and probably should have been thrown away a week ago. The sweet tea was perfection though.. the woman who was at the register was too into her 2 friends at one of the tables to be bothered to pick up a wet rag and wipe something up!

I am currently standing here while 2 people run the food back and forth. More on the drive thru than the front. I have ordered through the kisok and had my small fry already prepared as I’m staring at it and one man decided to watch and stare at the screen rather than hand out a quick order. I am beyond pissed this is completely crap.

This McDonald’s is in the same building as a convenience store. There’s no way in except through the store. The layout is confusing. At any rate, they’re able to provide the same McDonald’s service. No place to sit, as many restaurants have gone to.
Workers were leaving work, swearing, vaping, and talking badly about customers. The disgusting gas starion worker kept getting refills. Train your workers better.
