Always celebrated our anniversary here! We love the booths that stretch to the top of the ceiling. Makes you feel like you are eating in your own private room! Great buffet!

We had dinner at the WILLOWS tonight for the first time since the duryea's took it over!!EXCELLENT food, beautiful atmosphere, and service was great!!Congrats to Amy and Aaron for your success ..we will eat here for all of our special occasions!!!

The salad was really good and the server was really nice. Ordered the chicken fried steak. Asked if it came with white gravy and I was assured it did. When it came out it looked like a frozen breaded chicken pattie covered with chicken gravy! Husband ordered the fried fish. It was grease filled from frying and tasted like dirty mud water. Husband says we might give it another try.

We have driven by the Willows quite a few times. Decided to give it a try. We met a cousin there
First, the meals were mediocre at best, but we didn't let that ruin our evening. Then the whole experienced turned for the worst when we brought attention to two discrepancies on the check and menu. Without any apology, the manager shared that the menus were old, not our fault, and that despite a side being listed with all the other sides there was an upcharge on the one we ordered. Again, not the fault of the restaurant goer. The check was then brought back with only one of the two mistakes corrected and when asked about the 2nd unaddressed edit the manager scoffed and said "whatever" as he rudely walked away. We were in absolute disbelief. I have never, in all my life, had a manager handle a situation so poorly, especially not something that felt pretty straight forward.

The host came and asked if we wanted our check. We told him that we never got our meal and had had been over an hour since our order was taken. They finally brought our meal as we asked for the check to leave. They asked if we wanted "to go" boxes for our meal. They charged us half price on our check as a comp for our wait. Will we every go again? THAT IS A FIRM NO!

We arrived at Willows just after 6:30, ordered some appetizers, drinks and our meals. Our drinks and appetizers we brought to us. After we eat our appetizers we waited over an hour for our meal. The host came by and asked if we wanted our check and we told him that we haven't even received our meals. He said he would check on it. After waiting another 15 minutes, we were told that they were having computer problems and our order didn't go through, while guests at the tables around us got their food. At 7:44 our meal was brought to us and was asked if we wanted "to go" boxes. They charged us half off our meal even after our server said that it was no charge for our food. Will we go again? That is a FIRM NO!
