On Halloween I ordered a ton of pizza for my family. I was quoted like an hour to an hour and thirty minutes. 2 hours later I contact them pretty angry. I have 2 kids ready to go trick or treating and we are still waiting on food. Anyway the next day I reach out the the manager and she informs me that the owner is taking care of everyone that had issues. The owner himself personally contacted me to make things right.
