Usually my daughter comes here but tonight she went and she got a mocha cookie crumble. But when she was waiting it took about 15 minutes. When she got her drink it was way to chocolate filled. And she wasn't able to fully drink it because it was to chocolaty, it's also pretty expensive for a grande.

Ask for a mocha frapp drink and this girl behind the counter said we are out of them . then she said you can get something else or nothing at all. So I ordered a green tea. Then the lady in front of me gets the drink I was wanting in the first place. They weren't out. The girls behind the counter was just lazy.

The food is delicious and generous. Lowered the service rating as they have to a process where you have to scan a qr code then order via your phone - the process is not very clear, especially if you desire any variation. The atmosphere is typically quiet.
I use this spot to meet certain clients during the week to discuss projects. It's just quiet enough and open enough to feel comfortable but not be too close to other patrons. It's always clean. The staff are super helpful and don't mind explaining new or existing flavors. They also have a few items to snack on while you are there.
