Great family-owned restaurant that serves up one of the best steaks in the area we make a Trip every year to the area to look at Christmas lights at the local park in the next town over and the highlight of the trip other than the lights is stopping for a steak. It's always great to see small family owned restaurants that are busy and this one is no exception usually there's not much of a wait for your meal. The chicken fried steak with 100% hand breaded It had perfect seasoning and the steaks were cooked to perfection like always.

My wife and I traveled to Trapper’s tonight for our first visit and our anniversary. The food was amazing. Every single thing we had was excellent as well as the service. It’s a simple little bar with some of the best food we’ve had at a restaurant in some time. Highly recommended.

The food and service were awesome and the cutest little cutest little waitress assistant ever. She was probably 4 or 5 years old with an apron, and she always checked to make sure we had everything and was happy. Absolutely adorable!
Kid-friendliness: Best little waitress was maybe 4 or 5 years old so yes kid friendly.
We can never go wrong here. This is my girlfriend and I’s go to date. The service is always fast and kind. The food is always out fast and fresh. I love the environment. The owners and staff are excellent. We will continue to come back. 10/10

Three of us are here at the recommendation of a local farmer while we were nearby hunting. Place was great and a unexpected gem. We had burgers mostly and they were fantastic, service was top notch too. Just beer, no liquor, but we didn't mind. For a town of that size, it was amazing how busy they were. Clearly a local dining destination.
