I never really had a problem getting food there however this time it made me never want to eat fast food again. My sister was eating her fries when she saw a dead bug in it and it was completely fresh too

Omg. Just got home and my daughter is eating her food then.... a bunch of screams. A dead some kind of beetle in her fries. The bag was closed from the time I got it to the time of pouring onto her plate. Now no one here wants to eat their food. Here's your sign. Spent over $20 for 3 meals that no one can eat because there were dead bugs in it. We done.

Does McDonalds ever deserve 5 stars? OK, you're right, the McRib does. But other than that? OK, you're right again, the Krispy Kreme thing.....but we have to wait, right. So, 4 Stars now. But! The service? Something about people in Kansas that really make you feel welcomed! Kudos to the Management Team that has hired a terrific staff, job well done!

It's actually a decent McDonald's to go to if their hours were only posted correctly this is like the third time I went there when they're supposedly open 24 hours and they've been closed. Super annoying!

Ordered three different times recently and every time there is something wrong. First time we did not get all of our nuggets and fries. The fries were also cold and soggy. Second time we were missing our breakfast burrito and the hash brown was cold. Third time all I got was a large fries and they were soggy and cold again! Although the service is good, we have not had this issue before and never leave reviews but it’s keeps happening and it’s very disappointing.

They have removed the menu from the wall where it was easy and convenient to see. Now you have to basically use a tablet to order. I don't want to scroll around to find something to eat. And since there was only a credit card reader, I wasn't sure if I could even use cash.

A young employee handed my order to me and then asked what my favorite pistol was. When I expressed confusion, he added, "You know, pew pew." I said bye to him and left immediately. I guess this McDonald's is for people who enjoy murder toys.
