Nothing like waiting at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes for no one to take your order. The employees walk around doing nothing but ignoring the front counter. Have seen several people leave waiting for service. Would not recommend stopping here. They don't care.

Walked in with my partner, there was only 1 person in line ahead of us. There were 0 cars in drive through. The cashier took the persons order and said "I'll be right with you" we stood there for five minutes. NOTHING. The other person didn't get their food. Walked into the truck stop side for a crappy breakfast burrito. Myself being stubborn decided to try one more time before we left. A blue shirt woman worker was stocking sauces in the lobby, no greeting, not a single attempt at service. No other employees in sight. Lazy staff. Lucky they are a truck stop that's the only option for these truckers or they'd been out of business a while ago.

Stopped here for lunch to try the Smasher burger. I think this Sonic forgot how to fast food. The service was friendly and fast, order was correct, tater tots and onion rings were hot, crispy, and amazing. The smasher burger is really good. This is a good Sonic. No soggy tots, old onion rings, messed up order, or grumpy workers in sight. Like I said, they forgot how to fast food. Thanks for the great lunch!

Too many kids trying to make food and play around an their phones. Hardly aware that food needs to be taken out, also slow to answer you to take your orders. Management is not there, or if they are, you are talking to an 19yr old who's only response is: They don't know or don't understand. Need better leadership skills.
The food is always good, the employees aren't always the Friendly's of people. They never greet you with a smile it makes you feel like you're an inconvenience to them. I was in the drive-through and was watching the car hops, taking food out to the cars they would come out of the door with the biggest frown on their faces it's like they couldn't give the customers their food fast enough they would almost push the food to them. I'm getting to the point that I don't want to stop there. It's on my way home, and it's convenient for me.

Ordered a simple cheeseburger, meal, tater tots and a cherry lime. It was lunch hour. I ordered inside. Counter and all of the tables in the dining room were neatly Presented and clean. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Cheeseburger was hot with toasted bun. Tater tots were freshly made and crispy and the cherry limeade had a nice snap. Typically sonic is filthy. Food is garbage service is bad. My expectations were exceeded as it reminded me of sonic in the 1990s. Ownership, management, and staff obviously have high standards and pride in the service.

They charge money for a glass of water. I mean, come on. Even if you order food and ask for a small cup of water to go with it. They don't want any freeloaders getting a free cup of water here. They are pretty proud of their water.

This sonic seems to be better than most of the others i've visited. Not my favorite sonic, but it is a close second. The food was prepared well, the cashier actually paid attention to what I told her about the condiments. She was training a new employee and still took the time to listen.
