Stopped here for lunch to try the Smasher burger. I think this Sonic forgot how to fast food. The service was friendly and fast, order was correct, tater tots and onion rings were hot, crispy, and amazing. The smasher burger is really good. This is a good Sonic. No soggy tots, old onion rings, messed up order, or grumpy workers in sight. Like I said, they forgot how to fast food. Thanks for the great lunch!
Too many kids trying to make food and play around an their phones. Hardly aware that food needs to be taken out, also slow to answer you to take your orders. Management is not there, or if they are, you are talking to an 19yr old who's only response is: They don't know or don't understand. Need better leadership skills.
The food is always good, the employees aren't always the Friendly's of people. They never greet you with a smile it makes you feel like you're an inconvenience to them. I was in the drive-through and was watching the car hops, taking food out to the cars they would come out of the door with the biggest frown on their faces it's like they couldn't give the customers their food fast enough they would almost push the food to them.
