Just tried one today and they put Havarti cheese in theirs and it was phenomenal! Never tried that before. Plus, you know when you get disappointed when the bread to filling ratio is off, theirs was perfect and the bread was heavenly. 😇 5️⃣ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars. 👨‍🍳 💋 Chef’s kiss! “We went during breakfast, because Scrambled Sam's in Lyons was closed. Very pleasantly surprised because we'd never been there before. Our waitress was so friendly and great at her job. The food was decently priced and delicious. When everywhere else has increased, they seem to have stayed the same. I was really surprised at how inexpensive everything was, including drinks.”

“Dos Amigos is an incredible restaurant in the small town of Sterling. I have eaten there about 20 times and everything I have ever gotten has been incredible. The flavors are strong and robust. The portions are nice and filling. This last time, I got the El Gordo and I had enough for two night's dinner.

The inside seating is comfortable and lively. I have seen groups of 15 sitting together enjoying a meal, and I've seen individual people eating by themselves enjoying the delicious food.

The service is always prompt and efficient. While some servers can feel overbearing or awkward, the servers here have the right amount of engagement so you get what you need. I also appreciate that you just go to the front of the restaurant to pay for your food at the end of the meal, rather than having to wait for the server to bring the check and take your card away.

“Wonderful food and even more wonderful staff! It was hard to choose what to order because everything was so good. I can personally attest that the chicken fried steak sandwich and onion rings were fabulous! Hand breaded with a light, crispy coating. The tacos with freshly made shells were the best I've ever had! Even as great as the food is, it is surpassed by the staff! So friendly, warm and gracious. They obviously go above and beyond to produce fantastic food, but they are also truly kind people. Eating at the Casual Corner was a true highlight of our time at Bar K Bar. Thank you!”
