Fix The problems
Just moved out here to Stockton Kansas. Five guys triple cheeseburger usually runs the price of $14.50. Susie Q's runs right around $10 before tax. That's just insane pricing especially in 2025.
This thing is loaded up, fresh to order.
You have to get a side of seasoned fries. They remind me of good times fries. $2.49
Susie is very nice. Their operation is very fast, and you aren't waiting long at all.
The only thing I would say to try out. Maybe incorporate a brioche bun for an extra charge. Nothing against the bun now. I just prefer those to complement this amazing cheeseburger.
This place will be the death of me.

Got a double bacon burger with a vanilla frappe. Bun was burnt to hell and back and the frappe couldn't have tasted more bland if it was a cup of water. 0/10
Stopped here on a road trip, and glad I did. I got the hickory cheddar burger with added bacon with fries and a strawberry banana smoothie. The burger, fries, smoothie, and potato wedges (luckily overheard as an option from a local) were all great.Everything was properly seasoned, and nothing overcooked. The fries and wedges were just the right amount of crispy on the outside, while being fluffy on the inside.

Stopped here to get a break from truck stop food, and try something new. I got two burgers a Susie q burger and a mushroom Swiss. And I got a strawberry banana smoothie. Both burgers and the smoothie were fantastic. I definitely recommend stopping.

I recently drew the short straw and got sent to the Stockton area to do some work. I took a quick browse around Stockton after work to investigate a good spot for grub, but there just aren't too many options. I soon found out why. I decided on this cute little trailer called Suzis Q's and what a grand decision that was! I ordered a Susie Q (big mac style smash burger), mushroom and Swiss smashburger and an order of seasoned fries. The gal said it'll be 3 minutes and closed the window. Sure, enough 3 min later my bag was ready (idk what kind of witchcraft goes on in there, but it's magical). I happily took my bags and found a spot to eat. I started with the Susie Q, and I have to say as I opened it angels sang. This thing was beautiful in-n-out burgers just wish they were this sexy. The first bite was pure bliss. So fresh, so juicy, the smash burgers perfectly crispy on the edges. My God I thought I had an orgasm at some point. I had to put it down because I knew I had another to sample, next up the mushroom and Swiss. And it was just as beautiful. It was even more juicy due to that mushroom magic that happens on a burger. The cheese was insane literally cheese stretching and dripping it was glorious. Then again I had to set it down the fries were begging to be sampled. They were hot, like lava hot! The taste was your usual seasoned fry but so beautifully crispy on the outside and perfect in the middle. Not greasy at all! So now I know why Stockton has so little, how can you compete with this little trailer??? Soooo delicious I'll be back for sure. Easily would rate this 581/10
