The rolls were still dough. I could mold it with my hands. I got the chicken fried chicken salad and I got food poisoning. There chicken was raw. Don’t recommend!

Driving through to Phoenix from Nebraska. Never stop at places to eat but hubby insisted so we took a chance and I’m thankful we did. Food was so flavorful and service was great. Our server was new but did a fantastic job. Very warm family atmosphere and I truly enjoyed the time spent. Nice to know quality of service and food still exists…at least here. Had pot roast and hubby had fajitas

Absolutely loved everything about this place..Nothing better than the small town feel and atmosphere. The waitress was a doll amd worked her tail off taking care of all the tables. People she didn't know to all the people she did! We had the meatloaf and it was delicious with a side salad and broccoli 🥦 Would definitely recommend and hope to soon go back.

So you walk in and are thrown back in time by about 50 years into a diner atmosphere. You are served warm rolls and then comes the food. I had the Chicken Fried Steak very tender and tasty.

The food is absolutely amazing. Upon walking in the restaurant seemed to be an eye sore and could use some deep cleaning. The waitress made sure we were taken care of right away. The food is just like going to your grandmas on a Sunday after attending church. You could tell everything was homemade.

We stopped here while starving on a road trip and were very satisfied. I got the lemon pepper chicken with rice, carrots, and broccoli—the portions were generous, nicely seasoned, and sat well with my gluten sensitivity (probably hard to find gluten free food in that area and I didn’t even have to try alter something). My partner had chicken fried steak with fries and corn. The place/town was nearly empty at 2 pm on a Sunday but probably busier other times. Enjoyed a little walk around the town after too.
The food is always great and full of flavor and the portion sizes are generous too! The service is absolutely wonderful, just friendly down to earth people. Service with a smile.

Five star cafe. Hot beef sandwich is the best I've had. Super nice people great service. Fresh rolls were awesome and hot at the table. Wish I could stay a week and try other items cause you get feeling they are excellent as well. True comfort food
