I went for an orientation for a job recently and they didn’t even know I was coming. Not only that but when I was in the back it was GROSS! Flys everywhere, messy. I wouldn’t eat there let alone work there! Hope this helps!

We went through the drive through. Our food was delicious and actually way better than we expected to receive from any sort of highway fast food. Thanks for making our day a little easier!

Female cashier was not friendly. Asked for my kids ice cream cone in a cup, with the cone seperate, to be eaten later ... got a loud sigh for that.
Waiting for my order, watched flies repeatedly land on the onion rings I ordered that were just sitting there (RIP $6) so those obviously went in the trash.
While the ice cream was served in a cup, the cone was stuck in the cup as well. Previous experience, I know the cone is going to be soggy...
I ask the young man for a new cone, seperate from the ice cream and he just stared at me. When I explained the cone would get soggy he stated "it shouldn't " and would not give me a dry cone.
Overall frustrating experience. As a customer, when I ask ahead of time, and its a reasonable request, I dont think it should be problematic to have it fulfilled. Will spend my money elsewhere next time.

World’s slowest DQ. Undercooked the egg on my sandwich.

Didn't do military discount like every other Dairy Queen. The cheese curds were so bad from old oil that I couldn't even eat them. A little bit of fries for the 4 chicken strip basket. The pop needs more flavor because it's bland. The floor is so dirty. The gravy was watery and bland. The ranch taste horrible. The condiments and drink stand is dirty from spills. I love Dairy Queen and stop just about anytime I can but this one taste horrible and is really dirty!

Waited for 20 min to order. 1 person in the back said they were closed. 1030 am. When yall serve breakfast. if yall don't want to work close up shop.

PLEASE explain to me how BOTH of your "MEAL DEALS" are "SOLD OUT" but EVERYTHING else on your menu is available!!!!!!

Cmon DQ! These chicken strips should be called nuggets. Tasted fine, but the size was laughable.. Service fine and the food tasted fine but the quantity was a joke. All 4 of my 4 piece would have been the same size as the old school DQ fingers basket from a few years ago.

This location is spacious and has both a Subway and a Dairy Queen. We placed an order at the Dairy Queen and the staff was extremely friendly. The restrooms have several toilets and were very well-maintained. The interior of the establishment is bright, clean, and comfortable to spend time in.

Asked for my blast to not be all ground up because i dont want to eat crumbs , employee did not listen. Wasted 6.39 on something that tastes like dirt! Never again here.

Everytime I visit here it gets worse, now with Ramadan happening it's difficult to get service, and I've noticed this at all Fast and Friendly franchises, this company should have respect for all religions especially the ones in front of the counter. Pray on your time off the clock.

The woman at the counter has the worst attitude. My son was saying thank you, she didn't even smile. I told my son that we shouldn't thank her. She should thank us for choosing them instead of other places. There are people who should work int he service industry. If they hate people, just go somewhere else to work.
