Stopped 8n for lunch and a young man seemed upset that I stopped by and had questions about their menu. Good pizza but did not feel welcome by staff.
Love this pizza, sandwiches and delicious breadsticks. Robert is always a friendly employee and has great customer service.
I absolutely love to eat here
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The food is way over priced to have that cheap plasticy cheese, and they use canned mushrooms. Managers are wishy washy on if they'll remake a mess up or not. Sometimes yes sometimes no. The pastas are bland and management is rude. This place has gone down hill in the last year.
Usually love eating at this Gambino’s but had a bad experience this time. We live far away from here and were in town and decided to get breadsticks to go. Asked for ranch and extra ranch. We never got ranch and were told it was in the box but they gave us extra marinara sauce instead. Breadsticks weren’t very good either.
Can't wait for the one in newton ks to open up.

We ordered two 18” pizzas and a dessert pizza from the Towanda location and was very disappointed with the pizza we received. We usually order 2-3 times a month here and order the same thing every time. The last time we ordered pizza here it was dry, so we figured if we specified extra sauce that would solve the problem. It did not. The pizzas we got today was as dry or drier than our previous visit. I called to inform them there was a problem with the pizza and asked to speak to a manager. The girl who answered claimed she was not a manager but a supervisor and could help. She did not help at all and just claimed that they did put extra sauce on the pizza and how I should have checked the pizza before I left. I also offered to send pictures of the dry pizza to them to show I was not making anything up but she refused. I don’t believe I should have to check my pizza order to make sure it is correct in the first place, but did check the pizza at my vehicle but mainly to see if the had the correct toppings that I ordered and not really to check how much sauce was on it. I just assumed after spending approximately $65.00 for two 1-topping pizzas, dessert pizza and a tip the order would be correct. I had no idea from looking at it that it was lacking sauce. Hopefully, the owner understands resolving this matter with this type of “supervisor” is not a good way to keep customers to thrive as a business. I asked the “supervisor” her name so I could call back and discuss this situation with an actual manager or owner of the property, but she refused to give me her name because I was a “stranger.” Like I said we only spend about $130 to $195 a month here but will definitely not spend it here or return now that we know how problems are resolved or in this case not resolved. I have attached a picture showing the order and that I requested extra sauce on both pizzas and a few pictures of how little sauce was on the pizza and how dry the pizza was.

My husband and I love stopping by when we are close by. We don't make it out there as often as we would like. Loved the food and the service is always friendly. Prefer their pizza over most other places.
