We got there right at 11, which is when they open. The salad bar was setup, but no pizza available. Waited for almost 30 mins and another couple came in and that's when we hear the waiter say to them, the buffet isn't ready till 11:30. The tables were still dirty from the previous day. There were 4 or 5 people working and it just seemed like they didn't care about appearances or communicating with customers. Once the pizza came out, it was good, otherwise it...
They lost one of my orders. Upon calling them, they were kind and respectful. In the end, we just decided to skip the order. But I will easily order from them again. They accepted the responsibility and apologized. Very professional.
