Just got finished ordering a small chocolate Oreo blast did not get my order correct the first time got me a chocolate shake. I waited at the window for somebody to come back did not come back. I open the window and asked for them to come back. they came back he apologized. Put Oreos in the shake did not give me back my spoon. I had to go back around again. No one was at I opened the window and asked for somebody the manager comes up to the window and asked me not to touch the window and hand me a spoon and a napkin after I asked for one She was very condescending and rude. I don’t think I’ll be going back there again. That was at 11 o’clock this morning.

I waited about 45 minutes for my ice creams I had gotten there before they were busy they said my order was suppose to be done at 1:58 it was about 2:30 when I got it a employee said it would be just a minute on my order and that was at 2:05 I called and called and no answer I even got out of the car and knocked on the door and got ignored this sonic has gone down hill

Been awhile since I ate sonic in Ulysses Kansas..... I will have to say the food was good... Considering all the cheese sauce was at the bottom of the burrito. I like to drop in my home town once in a while.

Went with my family to get food. First we parked in a stall and they had us go to the drive thru. Then we had to wait a long time order our food and get it. When we start getting our stuff we notice that some of our items are not in our order and they also gave us something that we didn’t order. As they are getting us our items, we see that they pack a cup full of ice and give a little bit of soda, so my husband lets them know that they put too much ice and asks them to remake it. The manager comes to the window and tells him not to be rude to the employees even though he was just letting them know.

This place has really went down the hill. Seriously go elsewhere to eat. Because first you’ll wait a long time then there’s a really good chance the food is far from fresh
This place desperately needs employees who can listen to and remember orders. After repeating my #1 combo order three times without the employee remembering I drive away without food. If they can’t take the order don’t take a chance on how the food would be prepared.

I came two days in a row because the first day some long haired guy took my order and pretended like his headset wasn’t working so he came out and took my order on a piece of paper, I didn’t think much of it. He came out with my order and said it was $25 flat for 3 number 4s. He didn’t give me a receipt and I still didn’t think anything of it until I got home and looked up the price for 3 number 4s and it was not $25. I came back today hoping to catch him in the act but somebody else took my order and it was $21.12. I’m pretty sure he does this with a lot of customers. It was a long haired guy and his hair is a light brown color. He was also smiling and acting like he was tweaked out on drugs.

I had gone a blast and pickle fries from sonic and the customer service wasn’t very pleasing I gave the lady 10 dollars and it was 9.54 I’d never told the lady to keep the change and never gotten my change back and pickle fries not as tasty as I thought
