Ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready for pick up at 5:48 p.m. When I arrived and gave them the name on the ticket they verified the order and just started making it. I had to stand in kwikshop for 23 minutes waiting and was late to my son's birthday party because of you guys. Great pizza but horrible service!

Ordered pizza, online said it would be done at 7:13. I get there at 7:13, and they haven’t even started making the pizza. If it’s busy or there are a lot of orders I’d usually understand, but there is NO ONE waiting. The place is empty. Tried for first time, won’t be trying again.

The crust was burnt and it was old. The guy made me wait like he was making me a fresh one, and then took the old one off the line and gave it to me and put the fresh one that he had just made on the line. My Husband and Son come here often. They said they’ll never return.
