Young lady working the window yesterday (Sunday) had no customer service skills or people skills. Did not greet at the window, instead made some remarks about another customer in the drive thru. Handed me part of my order and didn’t say anything. Didn’t even tell me what drinks was what, it was not labeled and I had ordered a few different ones. This was my first time at this location, Will not be returning to this location. Also forgot to mention, I had ordered with alternative milk option for one of the drinks and got regular milk, I’m almost positive because of taste and texture and reaction after consuming the drink. My drink I had to wait for, came out tasteless and almost room temp instead of hot coffee. Not up due what happened there but it wasn’t hot, reminded me of coffee that was bought an hour ago warm. Was not happy with this location at all from service to the taste of their drinks.

I rarely stop at Scooters because of continued poor customer service & product. Drinks are never consistent. And staff is, most often than not, rude & short. If they get your order wrong or it’s made without sugar, they will not remake it correctly or add to it if you’ve already taken a sip (I do understand that risk). And if you ask for sugar to put in yourself, you get handed 2 sugar packets & they walk away like you just ruined the entire day. They are more expensive than competitors & you never know what you’ll get or what your experience might be. I will not be returning & wish I could take back all of my 20% gratuities (prepaid through app).

WAY overpriced. I got a apocalypse infused drink...peach, blue raspberry, and pear. It was so dang sour. It was almost 8.00, and I tried it at the drive thru. I said oh my gosh this id terrible. I'm going to throw it away. She just said..yeah I know, I'm sorry. Didn't offer to make something else, etc.Far from impressed. Buffalo Brew for the win..all the way.

The staff is so sweet, and out of all the Scooters locations I've visited, this one consistently makes the best matcha latte without a doubt. I love trying different drinks here because I know they're always going to be delicious 😋

Since I was not familiar with their menu, the staff at Scooters suggested a coffee right down the line for what I described. The staff are friendly and know their products.Their coffee is not bitter but flavorful. I will be back!

I visit Scooters in Valley Center daily. This morning I received a large coffee and was told by staff at the window it had been rebrewed so it would be hot. I’m not sure if rebrewed means 2 tbsp of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Nothing like a mouthful of coffee grounds but they weren’t tasty. Second time in a few days this has happened.

I ordered two cups with 3 shots each. Upon receiving I could feel one was lighterI asked if there were three in each and they said yes.Got home and they were not. One was half the other. Disappointed.
