I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience at your establishment. I was a potential customer in the area and was considering visiting, but I was informed that your establishment has a policy or practice that is not welcoming to individuals with service dogs. As you may know, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires that businesses serving the public generally must allow service animals to accompany people with disabilities in all areas where members of the public are allowed to go. Allergies and fear of dogs are not valid reasons for denying access or refusing service. Because of the information I received regarding your policy, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I believe that all patrons, including those who rely on service animals, should be treated with respect and allowed equal access as required by law. I respectfully request that you review your policies with your staff to ensure full compliance with the ADA and Kansas state laws. Understanding and adhering to these laws helps protect the rights of individuals with disabilities and prevents potential legal issues for your business. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure an inclusive environment for everyone.

Great small town bar and grill. Burger was one of the best I've had and the fries were cut when you ordered them!! Truly a gem in small town Kansas!! Was even complete with the local old boys playing their weekly card game!!
