Had shakes here 3 times. First time the Cheesecake Shake was phenomenal! Other 2 times it had less flavor, more like just vanilla. It had no graham cracker crumbs & last time no cherry :(

At least half the stalls don't work, and they don't have anything blocking the stalls to let customers know. Went into at least 4 stalls and none worked. Bought one sandwich and it took forever, looked like there was only one carhop

Service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes after pushing call button nothing finally asked the person if they were going to take our order and was told the call button didn’t come through then they walked off. So done with that sonic

I got 2 burgers and a strawberry slush. The burgers were fine but my strawberry slushie was “frozen frozen.” All they did was place the strawberries on top of the frozen slush mix. It’s like drinking the blast ice cream with a straw.

I would give this location zero stars if it was an option I’ve been so disappointed the last 2 times I’ve been there. They take forever to take a order then I was told to hold on a second 5 minutes later the guy comes back not even apologizing for the wait food was cold not happy at all

I went and bought a gift card. Got back home and checked the balance… says invalid account. They charged my debit card for $50… where did the money go? I have called the location a half dozen times they do not answer the phone! I guess I will have to drive back over there to get a response! Bad business!
Waited 5 to 8 minutes after hitting the button. Nothing. Moved to another stall same thing. I forgot why I haven't, tried to eat here. In 6+months
