I spent $27 on a coney dog combo & garlic burger, the kid called me boss gave me a weird feeling. Got home & took a bite of the burger the 2nd bite I pulled a hair out of my mouth, it sure looked like a pubic hair. My wife is feeling nauseous from the coney dog & greasy old onion rings. We threw the $27 meal in the trash. I'll never again give this sonics a chance with my hard earned $!!! Hello CORPORATE SONICS DO YOU HEAR ME!

I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches today. I was putting my vehicle in the shop so I wasn't going to be able to get out and go to the grocery shop. I figured it's one day. I'll go pick up lunch out for the family. But I got home and every one of the chicken sandwiches I ordered has a damn tomato on it. If I eat that I'm going straight into an ambulance. I almost bit into one, but I stopped. I saw a tiny piece of tomato hanging out. I checked and the others have it too.

Usually have good experience with sonic. The Wamego exit location in Kansas is consistently awful! I waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged let alone waited on. The girl who finally took my order showed zero interest in doing so. I got SEVEN tater tots and the were burned! Grrr

The lady that took my order was the rudest person I have had to deal with in a LONG time at a food establishment. If you can’t remove tomato’s and add mustard instead of ketchup and mayo you’re in the wrong line of work. I wouldn’t stop there again if someone gave me a million dollars. Do better sonic!

Rude workers. Worst customer service ever. They have failed health inspection recently. Never go here. Disgusting.
Oh and my wife walked up there with the kids because they had free slushy cards. The moron manager told my wife she had to pay the tax. NO TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE. You don’t pay tax on that. My wife paid it because she didn’t want to disappoint the kids. We regretted feeding it to our kids because it’s fake food anyways. Never again will we go there. Stay away.

The boys running the joint were polite, however I sat and had to wait for 20 and try to contact them multiple times before ever getting a response. As a dasher I do not have to to sit idley by and wait while I see everyone else in a scarce parking lot get there order after I got to Wamgeo KS

None of the screens worked on the menu boards so they had to take the card or cash back in to make the payment. We decided to pay with cash and paid $3.41 over the bill. The runner brought our food out and asked if we want to change. I told him I did and then he asked me if I wanted the 41 cents. I told him to go ahead and keep it, but he should have never asked in the first place. He should have just given The change back and let me decide if I wanted to leave a tip or not, which I wouldn't have done to begin with because that is pretty much their job which is to bring the food out to the car. My wife's bun on her burger was hard and the French fries were overcooked and looked like they had been sitting in the heat lamp for quite a while. Now I know why this place has so few stars for reviews.

Only gets 2 stars because drinks are great and the few staff you do have are nice. Half the stalls are broken with no sign on them. Wait time is ridiculous because there is barely anyone working here. Wamego sonic do better
