Went through the drive thru for lunch today..friendly lady taking order. Food was all made correctly, not real warm but got it right. My only complaint is with McDonald's itself on the portion of the patties which are pathetic!!

Workers are rude and lazy. They will turn off online ordering whever they feel like it for no apparent reason except that they dont want to work. Food is always cold and stale. Soda taste like piss. Stay away!

Went through drive thru ordered my hamburger with no onions or pickles. Ketchup and mustard only. When I got home ticket on the hamburger was correct open the box and the only thing on it was pickles and onions.
Took three times to get my cheeseburger right. All they did was give me the same sandwich thinking I wouldn't notice. I put markers on that sandwich to make sure I got a fresh one. That was a fail. By the time they got the right sandwich, the fries were cold. Won't be going back there.

Took 5 min to order the server upcharged our drinks with our asking to larges from small and then tried using my app reward for 20%off and it was on there and showed the 20%off then it was removed and was charged the full amount then had to ask for a receipt then the manger was being very rude to another customer and a employee and caused multiple customers to leave and then didn't give us all the sauces for the meals.manger was just being rude and I understand it gets busy and attitudes go up but try to keep a good customer service attitude. Just had those issues
