Let me start by saying I travel for work all over the United States and this has been the worst diner I have ever ate at. I have visited 3 penny's across the the states ( Santa Teresa nm , Iowa , California) and this one needs either new management or just be shut down. The flies are horrible , the waitress came over with a fly swatter to empty tables around us and was killing them . The chilli was not ur typical pennys chilli , it was not edible what so ever . Portions are so small and quality of food and service is horrible , air filters on the ceilings are packed with dirt and dust, blinds have dead flies stuck to them. Lady in front of us was served cold meatloaf and customers around us was so irritated with the amount of flies and how hot it was in the diner . We could not finish our meal and left .

If you want an old school dinner experience, and you happen to be in Wellington, I recommend Penny's. I've only ever had breakfast there, but it was quick and tasty.

Love the diner - cool place. Service was good- need to check back some. Wasnt too busy either. Kinda got dropped. Food was ok. Had scramble wasnt that good. Others w burgers were happy. Pancakes were tough. Overall still go back.
It's open 24 hours a day.. the breakfast hamburgers and chocolate shakes are wonderful!! As well as the people who serve you and work behind the counter!

Came here from out of town and the service was slow. Cooks were too busy arguing to cook our food. Took over 40 min to get our food and it was cold and gross. Our cheese fries were cold and had full pieces of bacon just thrown on it with half melted cheese. Overall not a great experience. The best part of the meal was the ranch.
